why do people lie?
is it so they can have an easy way out?
so they can escape the punishment,
and the consequences?
to be a hypocrite?
so others will like you more?
no,
for a simple reason,
people lie,
because the truth is too ugly to hear,
because the truth is what hurts the most.
so really,
it isn't the truth that makes a person,
it's the lies.
